Are Salesforce users with the Partner Community user license in Salesforce able to use the Salesforce app in Zapier? I have a few clients that have this license and haven’t had luck authenticating their logins in the app. Not sure if there’s a workaround.

Hi @Sean Crowley! I looked into this and based on what I’m seeing, you are not required to have a particular edition (Professional, Enterprise, etc.) of Salesforce to connect that account to Zapier. As long as it’s not linked to the Marketing Cloud it should work.

If you’re not able to connect to Zapier I’d suggest getting in touch with our Support team (if you haven’t already) as they’ll be able to really dig into that for you and see if our detailed logs offer any clues as to why you’re running into those issues.
