Create folder gdrive computer sync'd folder -- error “The app returned 'File not found':”

For some reason my zapier quit creating a folder in my google drive folder that is sync’d from a computer.  It worked for a while and then hasn’t worked. I tried adding the last section of my google url to the custom field again but it says “The app returned "File not found:” 

We changed nothing and our zap quit working. This seems to be the cause. Please help.
