GitHub action error: Issues are disabled for this repo

Hello Everyone, I am attempting to create a type form to GitHub zap. When someone submits the type form, Zippier creates an issue in my organizations repo. When I create and test the zap i get this: 

And then pressing the button 

 

Kindly help me out

Thanks for writing in! If issues are not disabled for the repo you are using this Github action - I’d suggest checking out help docs here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-github#why-are-my-organizations-repositories-missing - reconnecting Github to Zapier  is a good starting point!
