Error turning Zap on: Request body deserialize error


Error when I trun on the zap

It’s a simple zap for creating a new note everyday at 0:00

Is the issue still persisting?

Try using a different browser and/or a private browser to see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, the issue persisted from January until now.

I tried different browser, it didn’t work.

BTW, I’ve opened a ticket about 1 month ago, but no answer and the error wasn’t fixed, so I came here.

I tried rebuilding the zap, it’s working now, thanks!

Thanks for participating in Zapier's Community- I'm glad to see that Troy was able to assist with your Zap!

I wanted to follow up regarding your post relaying a delayed response from our Support team. I see that Carlito from our team reached out on January 25 and Jasper on January 27 but it doesn't seem you received these as they do not show a response. 

Often when this happens, our Zapier emails have ended up in Spam. To make sure you are receiving any future communication, search your Spam folder for "Zapier" to see if this is the hiccup. We certainly want to make sure you are receiving Support when needed!
