Hello

If I leave a field blanc the data on the CRM side will be errased. Is their a way to tell Zapier to only update the selected field and nothing else?

Hi @Stanb!

Happy to see that you’ve reached out to our Support team and they’ve helped you out with this. Sounds like you’re good to go for now.

I do see a comment from the NeonCRM team saying that they’re taking note of feedback like this (to not delete info from fields left blank) for when they update the integration. Seems like they’re super receptive :)
