Hello,

Does anyone here successfully build Jira Service Desk -> Google Sheet. To "create new request" from Jira ticket and "update ticket status" from Open -> In Review -> Closed

status_update.jpg

This flow only for the new ticket, what about if the ticket status been update, from Open -> In-Progress -> Closed

Do you have any idea how could make this happen?

Hi @Jaka ,

Thanks for reaching out!

To make sure I'm understanding correctly, you are looking for a Zap that updates the Google Sheet if either a new ticket is added or if a ticket is updated? If that is the case, you would need to create two Zaps.

Let us know if that is not the workflow you are looking for or if we can answer any further questions!
