I am trying to create from Asana to jira cloud “ticket update” zap. i find issue update option but it is not what i want. i want to connect project to project with ticket update if it is possible

Can I double-check that you’re using tickets with Jira Software Cloud? I may be wrong, but my understanding is that Jira Service desk uses tickets but Software Cloud uses the term ‘issues’ to mean things that need to be addressed.
And could you tell us a little more about how you’d like to connect project to project. Eg Something like ‘When a task is completed in Asana, I want the same task/issue to be updated in Jira’
