Connecting with woocommerce problems

Hi 
I can’t connect zapier to my woocommerce in order to connect another marketing app to send my customers thank you mail.. I have read other threads but coudn’t find solution the mistake message I  got is : authentication failed: The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. 404 File Not Found.
