I tested the trigger and it worked then but on the actual day of the event it didn't trigger the email. What event should I select here to keep trigger the emails automatically when it finds matching word in the calendar title

Check your Zap Task History (https://zapier.com/app/history/) to see if the Zap triggered but resulted in an error on a step.
