Calendly to Freedomsoft 500 Error on Freedomsoft side

I connected Calendly and tested good.

 

I connected Freedomsoft and test gave a 500 error. It’s one of my first zaps, so I have no idea what to do.

FYI: You probably want to put each of those on 1 line in the Description and possibly include a static label, otherwise it will look like bunch of unstructured merged text.

CHECK: The Due Date may need to be in a specific format.

  1. Calendly and Freedomsoft both integrated to Zapier and tested good.
  1. The description, the way I understand it, should show up on a task for us in our Freedomsoft account and those were the details that would help us understand what property the person is inquiring about based on our campaigns. May completely change it once we see how it shows up in Freedomsoft but I have no idea what that will look like until I get it working. So I’ll keep your tip in mind.
  1. The error is very limited and just says ‘please email’ but here are two screenshots of what it says after I test the Freedomsoft side of the Zap.
