Can Zapier create an automated payment if we set up two payments within Stripe. Let’s say we charge an upfront fee and then 30 days later we want Zapier to automatically charge the same card or bank account. Can that happen?

You could use an action to remind someone to make the initial charge (eg via email) and then again 30 days later.
