Converting leads from FB to Pipedrive through Zapier

I am wanting to convert FB leads to Pipedrive. We collect name, mobile and email address.Currently it is populating in CRM however without any details so am wanting to know how to get the details to show. Thanks in advance for helping.

Hi @VAA MARKN ,

Checking in to see if you were able to get sorted with this configuration.

The best place to troubleshoot would be the Facebook Leads <> Pipedrive integration docs. These walk through reviewing permissions and other common hiccups. If that doesn’t do the trick, I suggest reaching out to our Support team here!
