Is it possible to send an email and have it post on Instagram

I already have a nifty zapier for sending an email to a zapier email address and it auto posts on Twitter (including the image).

Is the same thing possible with Instagram? I don’t see any references. Thanks!

Instagram app doesn’t have Actions available via Zapier.
