Autotask Contact sync to Zipwhip

I’m trying to setup sync between Autotask PSA and Zipwhip 

I created a zap and able to add both accounts sucessfully

when I test in the last step Zap is not able to create a test contact under Zipwhip 

I’m logged in with admin account with full access

Please provide screenshots of your Zap step configuration.

When testing, are you getting an error? (If yes, what is the error message?)
