Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from WooCommerce

I am trying to create a zap which receives data from PipeDrive and then that data can be used to create new products in WooCommerce.

I am getting the following error

“Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from WooCommerce.”

I have attached the screenshot.

Hmm, there’s not a known issue that would cause this trouble. 

 

Could I double check that you’ve installed the WooCommerce Zapier extension? You can learn more about in this WooCommerce help doc

 

If you have and you’re still seeing this error, the best thing to do is to contact our Support team as they’ll be able to take a closer look at your Zap with you. The best way to do that is with the Get Help form.
