Wix Automation + Klaviyo New Subscriber

Hi there! 

I’m having trouble connecting a Wix Automation (linking new subscribers to a newsletter form) to a Klaviyo New Subscriber command:

 

 

I’m receiving the following error when customizing the new subscriber info for Klaviyo, which seems to be connected with the contact email from Wix not working for some reason. 

 

 

 

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed in Zapier or on Wix’s backend.  

Any help on this would be so greatly appreciated !!!

Submit a test lead then pull that example thru to use to map and test the Zap configuration.

TIP: Test with a real lead submitted.
In your screenshot, the data point for email is not an email address, hence the error.

@Troy Tessalone Thanks so much for the quick response! By real lead, do you mean manually typing in an actual email to test? Or would the lead / email need to live in the data dropdown? 

 

 

The screenshot shows the data options I have when I go to select an email.
