Facebook Lead to email address

Hi,

Iam new to Zapier. I hooked up Zapier to send leads that come in from a Facebook lead form to my clients email address. In my Zapier account it says that the test was successful and the CRM in Facebook says: Facebook app - Zapier.

However, my client isn’t getting any leads sent to his email. Please help as I don’t know where I went wrong. Thank you.

Please share screenshots of how your Zap is setup.

  1. Is your Zap turned ON?
    1. FYI: The Zap only sends new data going forward once the Zap is turned ON.
  2. Have there been any leads from Facebook since you turned the Zap ON?
    1. Check the Zapier Task History: https://zapier.com/app/history/
  3. Is the Facebook Lead Ads still properly authenticated?
    1. Check Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
