I sell shoes and i am currently trying to create a easier way to send my inventory to my buyers, i have about 12 buyers at the moment and have to individually message them whenever they have questions about what pairs are available. ive been trying to figure out what to put in the zapier “message text” configure page that will enable me to do this.

Hi @Nicolas Woodall,

Welcome to the Community.

I apologize for the late reply to this thread. But to streamline sending inventory updates to your 12 buyers, set up a Zap with a "New or Updated Spreadsheet Row" trigger from Google Sheets, where your inventory is stored. Use the "Send Outbound Email" or messaging app (example: Whatsapp, Slack or depending on your preferred communication method) action to send personalized updates. In the "Message Text" field, include dynamic data from your inventory, such as shoe model, size, and quantity. Optionally, add a Filter step to send updates only to specific buyers based on their preferences. This setup will automate and personalize inventory notifications.
