Issue sending email from Outlook

Hi, can anyone help me connect Zapier to my outlook? I’m trying to trigger an email to be sent from my outlook account. Whenever I click test I get the following error message:

 

Unable to send an email: Cannot send mail. Follow the instructions in your Inbox to verify your account., WASCL UserAction verdict is not None. Actual verdict is HipNotify.

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble connecting your Outlook account to Zapier. I’ve not come across that error before, so I’m not sure what the specific cause could be. I’d recommend checking out this guide to connecting your Outlook account: How to Get Started with Microsoft Outlook on Zapier

 

If that doesn’t help then the best next step is to contact the Support Team as they will be able to dig into your Zap with you. You can contact them using the Get Help form
