How to sync new sales from Systeme to MailerLite using Zapier?

Hello, I need to create a zaap: 

When I have a “new sales” on systeme, zapier need to add that contact in a specifil group on mailer lite.  

 

I did all steps, not sure are working. How I can test? 

How I can be sure new emails will be added correctly on Mailerlite?

Hi Giselle! Thanks for reaching out to the Community. It sounds like you’re working on automating your workflow between Systeme.io and MailerLite. Let me guide you through testing your Zap and ensuring everything runs smoothly.


You can do this using the “New Sale” trigger with the Systeme.io app. You can find more info about this app and it’s available triggers here.

We’ll then need to add that contact to Mailerlite using the Create or Update Subscriber action with MailerLite.

After that we can add them to a group using the Add Subscriber to Group action with MailerLite!

 

Ensuring Future Emails Are Added Correctly:

Zap is Turned On: Confirm the Zap is toggled on in your Zapier dashboard.

Monitor Zap Runs: Check the “Zap History” section in Zapier to see if the Zap is running as expected. Any errors will be displayed here for troubleshooting.

Handle Errors:

• If you encounter any issues, check the specific Zap history for details.

 

Additional Tips:

Field Mapping: Ensure fields like email address, name, or group ID are mapped correctly between Systeme.io and MailerLite.

MailerLite Group Configuration: Verify that the group in MailerLite exists and is properly named.

For Zaps that are turned ON, you can test, then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

If you need more help, post screenshots showing how your Zaps steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
