Exporting Data to Airtable from Google sheets

Hi community

So I created a zap to create a new record in airtable from google sheets which is working fine.

Problem- How do I transfer the existing data from my google sheets to Airtable. When I select the zap and click export it is just downloading it

Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.
You’ll have to manually export your existing data from GSheets and import in to Airtable.

Or, depending on your Zap trigger, you may be able to update the row to trigger the Zap.

You can either directly import it via airtable API and execute a one time code or do it manually.

If you then need a trigger on existing values, add a timed zap (Schedule by Zapier) and process the fields. Feel free to get in touch with us :)
