How do I automatically personalize Canva text fields with HubSpot form submissions?

I am creating a Christmas eCard and would like to personalize the card in Canva according to HubSpot form submissions.

*Where I am running into an issue is connecting Zapier to the actual project/design I am wanting to update

  1. Form filled out
  2. Zap updates a design in Canva by adding the first name to an existing text field in the design
  3. Zap exports design
  4. Zap sends design to HubSpot email
  5. Email is sent to the appropriate email address

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings
  • any encountered errors
