How can I connect a chatbot to Shopify?

thank you for your reply. I would need the chatbot then to respond to user requests such as search for a product, show image, product description and url. 
Is it possible to be able to integrate the zapier chatbot with the shopify shop in such a way that the chatbot has all the necessary knowledge to answer the user's requests?
