How do I get Looping by Zapier to use Loop_Values instead of Preview_Loop_Values for sending individual emails?

Please Help me figure out why Im not able to get Looping by zapier to give out (Loop_values). It keeps giving out (Preview_Loop_Values).

Im trying to loop a list of Names and Emails so that I can automate emails being sent out individually to each paired name and email but I cant seem to get that to happen

For example. Im using two names and two emails. I have sheets pick up the data and then go to loop by zapier and it gives out loop iteration. When running the email test and running it live, it still send out to all names and all emails in the same email. How can I resolve this?

Help links for using the Looping Zap app: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/help

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode after the Looping step so we can see the field mappings.

Hey ​@Markdanny10101 👋

Not sure if you’ve already got this sorted, but wanted to pop in here to offer some help to you or anyone that might come across this thread in future. 🙂

It sounds like those preview_loop_values fields have been selected and that’s causing the test emails to go to both people. Those preview fields should be ignored as they are for testing purposes only to show the values for each loop that would be generated and they won’t appear when the Zap runs live.

To fix this, in the Gmail action you’d need to select the Names and Emails fields instead of the preview version of those fields:
