Question

How do I link a specific Appointlet meeting type to Zapier without affecting others?

I am setting up a simple Zap to send SMS reminders to clients who sign up for an appointment. The zap is triggered when Appointlet sends out a reminder email to clients who have already scheduled. The zap is working properly and I was about to publish, but I then realized that we have many employees and departments that use our Appointlet account, and we have multiple Team Pages who all have different appointments available. I only want this Zap to work for one specific page within Appointlet. If I publish this right now, I fear that it will initiate zaps for anyone that books anything with us using Appointlet.

How do I tie this zap to only one meeting type in Appointlet, leaving the others untouched? Is it related to team pages vs individual pages and which account/user I am linking to Zapier?

Hey there, @dmr0103! 👋

I just came across this and wanted to check how things are going. Did the Filter/Paths action Troy suggested allow you to limit the Zap to a specific Appointlet page?

If so, we’d love to get Troy’s reply marked as the best answer here to help surface that solution to others in the Community.

And if not, or you ran into any issues in setting that up, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further. Thanks, I look forward to your reply! 🙂
