Can I send WhatsApp message to customer mobile number field automatically from Zapier?

Hi, I can see zapier have an integration for JOTFORM - 
https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/number/1405509/send-whatsapp-messages-for-new-jotform-submissions-with-number

Where zapier will pull the number from the form phone field and send a whatsapp message to him.
We need to do that exactly via webhook for another form app called RAPIDFORM.

Right now the zapier whatsapp notification is only sending message to one specific number. And its only sending the notification to me whose number is defined.
I want one extra message to goto the customers mobile field too so that they get a whatsapp and a link to my admin whatsapp to respond back, but I should be able to edit that template. 

Let me know how to achieve this.

+1 to what Troy mentioned @Soam. You can only send WhatsApp Notification messages to yourself. The app that you need is the WhatsApp Messenger which is not supported at the moment.

Nevertheless, I've added your vote to our internal app wishlist, and we'll be sure to let you know if/when this app is added to Zapier.

Send messages in Zaps using WhatsApp

You can use WhatsApp Notifications in your Zaps to send yourself WhatsApp messages to your WhatsApp account. 

Messages are limited to prefilled templates for:

  • New Lead
  • New Message 
  • Payment Confirmation
  • New Order
  • Shipping Confirmation
  • Calendar Reminder
