Hi Community,
Whenever a new user is added to Memberstack I need to separate the user based on their “Plan Connection Plan Id” which is the plan they chose on the website. To further send them to Klaviyo into the right email marketing list.
The issue I am facing is the following:
The trigger “New Member” starts and works fine but does not provide me with the information “Plan Connection Plan Id” which I need to seperate the user.
The trigger Member’s Plan Updated provides the “Plan Connection Plan Id” which I need but does not start when a new user is added to Memberstack.
I don’t know how to bring the user to the right list when he signs up since I don’t have the information with the New Member trigger.
