How to assign Asana collaborators when a record status in Kintone changes?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for your assistance with something. I am trying to create a Zap that automatically creates a task in Asana and assigns collaborators when a record status in an app within Kintone reaches a specific state, triggered via a webhook.

Could you please advise on how to set this up?

Thank you for giving me some advices.

The reason for the integration issue was that the account name on Asana had been changed, and the old account name was still registered on Zapier. By re-fetching the account name on Zapier, the issue was resolved.

  • Action: Asana - Create Task
    • There is a field to add an Assignee
    • There is a field to add Followers

Just checking in to see how you’re getting on with this. Did you manage to get the desired workflow between Kintone and Asana set up by using the Followers field to assign the necessary collaborators?
