Question

How do I automate the refund process in Zendesk and Stripe with no-code tools using Zapier?

I want to automate refund process for user who interact with Zendesk answerbot. Currently tickets are created and agent manually refunds and cancels the subscription on stripe

Flow I want:

  1. User selects refund option on Zendesk
  2. Provides email id and reason for refund
  3. The refund is released to the user on Stripe and subscription is canceled and a reply is sent to user on zendesk answerbot
  4. saying the refund has been done and all the billing details.
  5. Create an entry in the google sheet with email id, reason for refund and amount refunded

I want do this with no-code

Hi there @Gustinas Morkus,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I’m sorry for the delayed reply here.

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Zendesk - New Ticket or New Ticket in View
  2. Action: Stripe - Find User
  3. Action: Stripe - Cancel Subscription
  4. Action: Zendesk - Update Ticket
  5. Action: Google Sheets - Create Spreadsheet Row

Please note that this is only a rough estimate of the Zap setup. If you want to simplify this workflow, I’d recommend reaching out to one of our Zapier Experts here: https://zapier.com/experts

Hopefully, this helps!
