How do I integrate my Shopify store with my Square processor?

It all depends on what you are looking for. Coul you give some more details?

• What is your final goal?
• How would the workflow look? From trigger to action

If you mean to have Square take care of invoices etc. whenever a product is bought, I don’t think this is possible with the default Zapier app. You would most likely need to do this manually, use another App or maybe create your own App with their API. 
I haven’t used Square so I have no clue what their features are, and the documentation isn’t that useful...but what you could do to simplify: 

• On a sale, retrieve the customer data and all other
• Create a table / CSV with all data
• At some point of the day import this into square
