Send text message confirmations every day. By extracting information from Google Calendar.

I have a Baby Gear Rental Company, and I need to send a confirmation text message for each of my customers the day before their order start. All this information is in my Google Calendar. 

I manually send text messages each day to confirm deliveries/pick ups for the next day, but I’m looking into zapier to see if it is possible an integration that would help me with this task every day.

NOTE: You will need to registered and get approval to send SMS.

Steps

  1. Trigger: GCal - Event Start
  2. Action: Formatter > Text > Extract Phone Number
  3. Action: APP - Send SMS
