How do I set up a Zap to create a ClickUp task and Mailchimp subscriber when an email is received?

I’m trying to link a Microsoft Team that emails into my inbox (our referral Team, email info@SIT.com) with an automation in outlook. I’d like for when a contact sends an email to info@SIT.com, it will trigger a task created to ClickUp and another trigger for a subscriber created in Mailchimp. Any idea on how to do this?

Perhaps try adding a Filter as step 2 in your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

These are the available Microsoft Zap apps: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/microsoft

Hi @SIT

Check out the available Zap triggers/actions for each app:

If you still need help, post screenshots with your Zap steps.

Thanks for the response, @Troy Tessalone. I’ve reviewed the Microsoft actions, and I am not seeing any actions for specific emails / Microsoft groups. I’m unable to send a screen shot bc finding the actions is the actual issue. I’m looking to either have the action be ‘to: info@sit.com’ creates an action (I would like the contact from this email). This email is associated with a Microsoft Team and is unable to be signed in to connect with Zapier. Any ideas ?
