Question

Make a Zap trigger once a day rather than on every new event

I have a Zap to “Sync Outlook and Google Calendar”, which triggers on every new event.

This has caused my Free Plan to exceed the limit. Ideally for the time being, I’d like to stay within the limits of the Free Plan.

Rather than triggering at every new event, is it possible to do something like update the whole calendar once a day?

I did try this in the AI-enabled New Zap, but it didn’t suggest it.

Hi @Chris10

Good question.

Help article about Zap Task Usage: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496196837261-How-is-usage-measured-in-Zapier-

FYI: It may use more tasks to try to schedule a Zap to run and then update the events, than simply processes events individually in real-time.
