How do I parse emails from the user's inbox to Google Sheets without Zapier email box?

Hi, I am a beginner on Zappier.

I have to create a basic app to help some teams to manage their inbox.

 

Basically, the app analyses the senders in their mail box > for certain senders, it parses the email > then host the result in a google sheet.

I know that we can use “email parser by zappier”, but it requires to create a dedicated email box in zappier. And I cannot ask user to create an account on Zappier in addition to my app.

Do you know how to leverage Zappier to achieve this objective?


Is that possible?
