How do I change the date and time format in the German setting in Zapier?

Hello,
I have a Zap which is triggered when a button is clicked in Stacker. Then the date and time is changed to German time (screenshot) and an email is sent with Gmail.

I have a problem with the conversion of the time. The result is basically correct (2023-09-01 07:00:00 +0200), but I want it to be written like this: 01.09.2023 07:00 - or DD.MM.YYYY HH.MM. How do I have to change the second step so that my result is output?

Good question.

You can use the ‘Custom’ option to set the desired format.
