About the re-introduction of Kintone API

Is it possible to use Zapier to re-enter an error that occurred during maintenance of the KINOTNE API?

Hi there @sato_ac, welcome to the Community! 🙂

Is it that you’re looking to re-run your Zap for items that ran into an error with the Kintone app while it was having some maintenance carried out? If so, there’s a few different options you could try:

1. Replay failed Zap runs.
If you’re on a paid plan you can manually replay any Zap runs that ran into an error. See: Replay failed Zap runs

2. Transfer the items.
You can potentially use the Transfer feature to do a bulk import into Kintone. See: Bulk import data into apps with Transfer

3. Export the items that were missed to trigger the Zap.
If you can export all the relevant items that you want to run the Zap for again you can try the following workaround which involves adding them into a Google Sheets spreadsheet and triggering from that instead:

If that’s not what you’re looking to do here, please can you elaborate on what is meant by “re-enter an error that occurred during maintenance of the KINOTNE API”?

Looking forward to your reply!
