Hello, I am trying to set up a new ticket trigger from ConnectWise Manage to a Jira Software board. When a ticket is created in ConnectWise Manage, the description goes into a field called “Initial Description”. This field is available in Zapier, however it does not show any data when it is moved over.
Below is the Jira Software Issue without the data.

I did some digging and it looks like the “Discussion” field isn’t supported for the “New Ticket” trigger. While I don’t have an ETA on when or if this will be implemented I did add your vote to an existing feature request. This is the best way to stay informed if anything changes as we'll email you if this does go live.
