I created a Zapier workflow that receives Messages in MS Teams From FB Messenger. However, is there a way to reply back to that message in MS Teams and send the message directly to the sender in FB Messenger?

In order to do this the Microsoft Teams action would need to have an action to send a reply to an existing message. At present it’s only able to send a message to the channel. So unfortunately it’s not going to be possible right now.
There’s an existing feature request open for the ability to send replies to existing messages in Microsoft Teams so I’ve added your vote to that. I can’t make any promises as to when it would be added but we’ll be sure to email you as soon as it is.
