I think zapier used to be able to add a tag group in REDTAIL when a new contact was created in Oncehub/Schedule Once and then integrate to Redtail using zapier.
Is it no longer possible to have the tag field in zapier?

Not sure whether it used to be possible with the Redtail app, but unfortunately looks like it’s not an available option at the minute. If you reach out to our helpful Support Team they’ll be happy to open up a feature request for the ability to add tags to contacts. You can contact them here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
I know it’s not an immediate solution here but hopefully it’ll get added to the Redtail app quickly! 🤞
