Redtail

I need help with the customization of the activity.  When the meeting comes through to Redtail the meeting shows up for 40 Years.  Meeting was scheduled for 5-14-2020 from 6pm to 7pm on OnceHub, however it came into RedTail as 5-15-2020 at 7pm to 4-29-2060 at 12am.

Hey - So ISO format is a standard time format that denotes the time for a computer to interpret.

If you’re getting the time in a pretty format, you may actually need to convert this to ISO (providing it’s not already available to you)

You can use Zapier’s date/time formatter for this :

Hey there! Would you be able to show us some example values that you’re sending to Redtail?

A screenshot of start date and end date would help massively!

Is there no options for the time in ISO format?

Typically when working with time and date - It’s a safer bet than pretty format
