I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to connect google form responses to openai and the responses from openai to populate onto a google doc or google sheet….
I cant figure out how to connect the openai fields to the google doc as well as to the google forms responses.

For the OpenAI Prompt, you’ll want to try putting each mapped variable onto it’s own line with a preceding label like this:
