Is it possible to create a zap that exports orders in Shopify that contain a specific product ID into a Google Sheet, containing the customer name, email, order date, order number, order line item?
The New Order event doesn’t seem to allow filtering by product and only pulls through every order placed

Hmm, I wonder if a Filter by Zapier step would work for you? You should be able to filter by that specific product and then proceed with your Google Sheets step as needed. So it might look like:
