Hello,

I want MS Teams user to invoke a custom API that would perform some Action on click of a Button in MS Teams chat. Once Action gets completed the user is notified on the chat without being blocked while waiting for notification to arrive.

How can I invoke the such an  Action in MS Teams chat using a Button via Zapier.

Thanks,

Gagan

I took a quick peek and these are the available triggers for Microsoft Teams:

If you’re specifically looking for a custom endpoint though you may need to either go the Webhooks by Zapier route or building a custom integration on our developer platform. Both of those are considered more advanced options though and as a result there isn’t quite as much support. If you’re comfortable tackling that though here’s a few resources to get you started:

If you’d rather hire someone to take this on for you though, I’d recommend checking out an Expert. 🙂

I hope some of this helps!
