Hello does anyone have any knowledge as to why the shipping cost will not update into quickbooks online from shipstation? When I perform the Update Invoice function in Quickbooks I am able to bring in the tracking number, ship date but it is not bringing in the shipping cost.
I am trying to have the shipping cost go in the quickbooks invoice shipping box, NOT create a shipping line item.

Do mind clarifying which trigger you’re using in ShipStation? It’s possible that particular may not be supported but happy to dig into it a bit further with you!

So here is the Zap thats happening:
When i test this zap. It correctly puts in the tracking number into the existing invoice but I also need to bring the shipping cost in the shipping box and it just does not update. Any thoughts on why that would be?
