Updating Quickbooks Invoice with Shipstation Tracking

HI

 

I’m trying to create a zap that updates an invoice in Quickbooks with the Tracking number from Shipstation.

 

Currently I have a zap setup with the following;

Trigger: Order Shipped in Shipstation

Action: Find Invoice in QBO - Order Number

Action: Update Invoice in QBO - Use ID number from Action Step 2

 

Is this the right way to make updates in QBO?

 

Just wanted to confirm.

Now, my client wants to send the invoice after the tracking number has been added.  

 

Any advise on how to do that?
