Action: Send Transcript Snippet with the Phrases or Words
Destination System: Google Docs
I need to be able to search a Gong call for the occurance of certain words or phrases and when there is a match, a Google doc is created.
I have bounced between Gong and Zapier and I can’t find an example that works for me nor can I find information on the Zapier web site that doesn’t send me in circles.
Gong and Zapier are connected
That’s as far as I got…..

Hey there! I’d love to expand a bit on this workflow for anyone following along. Troy is correct in that we don’t have in-depth guides for connecting specific apps together (we support over 5,000 apps and counting) so the # of workflow combinations is infinite. That said, utilizing our app directory is going to be the best way to find resources relating to the app or combiantion of apps you’re needing to connect. Looking at the available Triggers and Actions, Troy’s suggestions for the steps needed are accurate:

Thanks for your swift reply. Unfortunately, the link you provided does not help me. I’m really lost without an official manual on Zapier. Zapier’s business model of Customer hunting for answers is troublesome…no wonder there are hundreds of 3rd parties who must fill in the support gaps.
