Hello! I have a zap that creates a new row if someone schedules an appointment using calendly. Does anyone knows how to automatically update the row to show if the meeting gets canceled or rescheduled?

Assuming you are using google sheets, there is a trigger available for Calendly Cancelled Event. With that trigger create an action step to search and find the row based on the email and update about meeting status in respective column.

However, there is no update trigger from Calendly.

Alternatively if you have integrated your Calendly with Google Calendar, then you can use triggers like updated event or cancelled event, then find the row in the google sheet and update the meeting status there.
