Attach multiple Dropbox files to outgoing Gmail message

I’m trying to create a Zap that would attach all pdf files from a specific Dropbox folder to an outgoing Gmail message, with a certain trigger (either a predefined time point or the creation of a new file).

Any thoughts on how I could achieve this ?

Thanks.

Hi there! I wanted to pop in and update the thread with some context from the support ticket that was opened:

How will you be receiving the PDF document from HelloFax? Via email? If so, you could use this email as the trigger depending on your email service (GMail, Outlook, etc.) Here is an article with some ideas on receiving data via email in Zapier.

I hope some of this helps!

Hi @MTLGuy

Why not send a share link to the Dropbox folder in the body of the email?

Otherwise, you likely have to ZIP the files.

Plus, there are file size limits you may have to deal with.
