Basically I am wondering if the following is possible.
When a deal is closed in Hubspot can a contact be created in Freshdesk.
Then if the Freshdesk contact is updated, I only want to update the contact in Hubspot that is connected.
I do not want to create new contacts in Hubspot when contacts in Freshdesk are created/updated.

I just want to see if it is possible before I integrate my apps in Zapier. I don’t want to connect the two apps until I know it is possible.

Why not try it out by creating a Zap?
For example, this HubSpot trigger is available as seen on the links provided…
I am trying to set up the zap but I cannot find how to get to the contact from Hubspot deal. I cannot get the contact information needed to create a new contact in freshdesk.

+14Check the data points returned as part of the Deal.
You may need to add a HubSpot Find Contact step.
Otherwise, try using the HubSpot Find Associations step.
I am trying this but still can’t figure this out. Is there a how to somewhere?

+14Make sure the HubSpot Deal you are testing with has an associated Contact.
