I'm looking to get the label value from Facebook Messenger Page however it's not letting me map it that way using the new/old message we received.

Welcome to the Community! Looking at the fields you referenced it seems as though they are from a default sample.
In cases like this where fields are missing from sample what can help is to try pulling in a new test sample with real information. Note: you’ll want to make sure that the new sample you’re pulling in contains values in all the fields that are currently missing - with some apps if the field is empty in the sample it won’t appear in the Zap.
